No problem. I usually begin full bathing between 8-9 weeks of age. After their first innoculations. Start the full grooming process then at home. But, begin the nail cipping, butt trimming and ear trimming when they are one week of age, and continue with that process weekly until they are ready for their first bath. The butt trimming helps out mom with her diapering.
Use a puppy shamoo. Regular baby shampoo dries out coat and scalp, but if that's all you have at the moment, go ahead.
