My Roxie is not much of a cuddler. She is independent and stubborn and will spend time with us on her terms. She hates being picked up, and she will run away faster than a speeding bullet if she thinks you have even the remotest thought of picking her up. When she feels like it, she will come and sit with us on the couch, and give sloppy kisses, but she is certainly no lap dog.
I hope you don't give up!
