Everytime I take Livie for walks she is terrified. She shakes like a leaf when we are on the city streets but stops as soon as she sees grass. Once she's on that grass she is running in circles and having a blast but as soon as we're on the sidewalks again, even if i hold her she absolutely hates it. She hates the noise of the passing cars, seeing other ppl, other dogs, she hates it. Any advice? I've taken her outside since I first got her and she didn't seem to shake so much. I don't know what happened
I'd like to take her out more but don't want her to be a nervous wreck all the time. And she is not cold, she does this even in 80 degrees.
