Yes, some yorkies are not and will never be cuddle bugs. Even Gizmo doesn't like to cuddle all of the time. It's on his schedule, not mine. If that is a deal-breaker for her she needs to know that it's possible that it will never change.

At the same time, she needs to know that it could change some. It could improve a lot actually, but to the level she wants it? Probably not.

Could she still love this baby with his flaws and all? Would it really be in his best interest to be rehomed? I don't know. I would ask someone in rescue before I made such a suggestion.

I know you have the interest of the yorkie in mind. I don't doubt that for a moment, but would rehoming really be better than finding a way for these two to discover a compromise?
