yes but do not let her gulp water
I think if she keeps the food down then I would think she has passed this but if she vomits her food up then I would take her in to have her checked out. Only feed a little bit as i always soak kibble so it is easier to digest and slowly give them little bits at a time to make sure they can keep it down. Dex is my only one with this type of issue and he has ibd and almost died of pancreatitis so when he vomits I am a total nervous wreck as he usually does not stop for a long time
so these are the tricks I learned. Thank goodness it has only happened 3 times in 4 years now but each time I am in total panic mode
