She is not dehydrated as her gums are not sticky and she is acting normal so I think you are ok. Just restrict food and do not let her gulp water and probably just has a tummy upset sounds like to me. Maybe she licked up something that made her a little sick.

if her gums get sticky - you may have to take her in for fluids but hopefully that will not be the case

Every 30 min you can take water bowl to her ONCE ALL VOMITTING HAS STOPPED. Then let her take a couple licks of it and take bowl away to keep her hydrated.
You mentioned anal gland excretion here. There is a possibility that she needs them expressed as some dogs are very sensitive and will shake and vomit from their pain but act normal at play and visiting.
