I am very sorry to tell you this, but if you didn't get them and the breeder is saying they lost them, it is probably never going to happen. You won't be able to get them from AKC if that is how they told you the pup was registered. If the breeder truly registered the litter, they would be able to get you a copy. If not, there is nothing you can do.
