you can breathe a sigh of relief because as far as i know whether hook, round, or tape worms it can wait until Monday. they will simply give a dewormer that will kill and help her pass all the worms. if it's coming out in the stool that's a good thing and the dewormer will help. puppies have worms all the time when they are born and it's nothing to run off to the ER about. so don't worry have a decent weekend. pick up all poop in the yard and house and spay a little bleach water on fecal areas or use surface cleaners in the house. go to the vet first thing Monday to get the meds an get rid of them. good luck it'll all be fine.
wanted to add that all puppies can get worms from their mother at birth. worms can come from the ground even when fecal matter isn't present. i believe i read once that certain worms like hook or round can actually crawl into your feet somehow from contam. water and ground and travel through the body to your intestines. they reproduce and grow there. but still don't fret. worms are a fairly common and normal thing and are easily treated and removed. just clean up the messes and the yard. let us know how it goes on Monday.
