Please help. It's 8 p.m. where I live and a small town where there isn't an emergency vet clinic. There is a vet on call at my vet's office.

I just took my Maddie out to poop, when she did there were 3 WORMS that were alive on it. Looked likes long grains of rice only flatter. I about to FREAK OUT!!!!!

She takes Sentinal monthly. Do I need to get her on a wormer ASAP or can it wait until Monday a.m.??????

Please help I am seriously freaked out not to mention grossed out. Where do these worms even come from? She doesn't eat poo, only around other dogs when groomed, doesn't go to a dog park, only exposure to outside other than my fenced back yard (that another dog has never been in) is when we walk in the neighborhood.
