I am a bit confused as to why you bred your baby girl to begin with. By the sounds of your post you are not a reputable breeder and have no experience and have not done any homework on caring for your dog and her babies. With that said I am sure your dogs milk has not dried up IF your puppies have full stomachs and are resting quietly they should be okay. I would try to keep the Mom with the babies at 10 days old the babies can not regulate their own heat and should be kept exstremely warm. Also the babies cannot pee or poop without the Mom's help and if she is following you around the house she is not concentrating on nor is she properly taking care of the babies. You need to make sure she is gettin the proper food and vitamins. Good luck!
