We're really diligent with the pool in general with both dogs (dad has 2 dogs, I bring Jackson) and kids. I also wanted to say that I am so sorry about your little brother's drowning. I saw the link to his site on another thread, what an adorable little guy with such awesome eyes.
Pool safety is always something on my mind, from living in Arizona and Hawaii I have always had a pool. It takes constant monitoring, and I have had to pull almost all of my doggies out at least once or twice after falling in when I was only a few feet away.
I am glad that you and your family can still enjoy the pool after your tragic loss, and are even more dedicated to safety. My heart goes out to you all.
