Yeah, but marking is
a lot different than a dog having accidents, IMO. You do *not* want to deal with a male lifting his leg on everything, ALL the time. Jackson will have a poop accident probably once every 2 months or so (usually on really rainy nasty days) but I couldn't imagine dealing with cleaning up pee all the time. I believe it's totally possible for a Yorkie to be almost 100%.
I don't believe any dog is
truly 100% housebroken, even the dogs who are fully housebroken are bound to get a bout of sickness one day, whether it be poop or throw up in the house, etc. I dogsit 2 Boxers who could hold it for 24hrs most of the time if needed, but the one had major diarrhea the other day and went in the house. I would call Jackson 99% potty trained. I would never deal with a dog that was having accidents daily (that wasn't a pup, of course). The dog would be crated and put on a strict regiment schedule.
