We live in Michigan! When Yoda first came home it was during a snow storm. He is pad trained. He will go outside too but I am so glad that we decided to keep up with the pad training. It makes it so much easier during the cold and rainy months. He hates going out in the rain, but the crazy lil guy will go out and play in the snow as long as its not snowing down on him
