I know this post is 2 years old.. hehe but I am going to reply anyway. I have personally dealt with Wanda. I bought Zoe from her and have no regrets. Wanda was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed as Zoe was my first Yorkie. She was very concerned with her safe arrival (flew in) and when I received Zoe she was healthy. Her kennel had plenty of bedding and had a heated stuffed dog with a heartbeat.
I just looked on her website and she does have a few more dogs than what she did but I honestly don't have any regrets... I love my Zoe!
