PLE is is tied to lymphangiectasia so it is all the same stuff. Honestly with the CT I do not know if I would risk doing endocscopy and biopsy as I think the blood work and urine are giving you enough information to treat this but it is up to you to make that choice.
I know with lisette's dog the blood work was perfect so the scoping gave the fungal diagnosis so I wouldn't have treated with steroids with perfect blood work before scoping so it is all up to what the blood work is showing
I would talk to Jodi as well as she really knows ALOT about this as well
