Her pancreas and/or intestines aren't doing well at all.
She has had a ton of vomiting and diarrhea today.
She's pretty weak/lethargic and I just hope she comes through it as well this time as she usually does. She doesn't normally get this way with pancreatitis although it is a sign. We will likely be treating for malabsorption related to exocrine pancreatitic insufficiency (without a positive TLI). It came back negative last year, but some things have changed. And it won't hurt (and could help) to try.
I've never really seen her this sick (beyond a ten minute vaccine reaction...). I'm very, very concerned about her today.
