I am so saddened to read of it. Drowning takes far too many lives. My 5 year old brother died in 2006 due to a drowning accident at a public pool. We started a foundation in his honor (
CONNOR CARES FOUNDATION; In Honor of Connor; Drowning Awareness) and I plan to add a little section about water safety for pets as well.
