NEW - unique party hat bows!

I only found a few of these unique embellishments so the bows are in limited quantities. I thought I'd preview them here - they just went on the website last night!

Bows are all 5/8" and are available in standard form with 2 securely stitched elastics or (for a small additional fee) with a French Barrette or Alligator Clip.
