I went ahead and ordered last night (before seeing your post) & I decided to get the other one. I thought with the bigger clamp, I could also use it on my pub table if I ever wanted to (the top on it's about 2 3/4" thick).

I also ordered this on impulse. It's a lazy susan that's supposed to sit on top of a grooming table, but it's the perfect size for my countertop, too. Has anyone ever used one of these? I started thinking after I ordered - with a pup in the grooming arm, will I be able to turn them to get to the other side (which was my purpose in getting it)?
