Magic is the exact same way...we really worked hard with her on "come" and "stay" and thought she was finally there, well the other day she got out the door and she was off, nothing could get her back, no bribe or command made her even turn around!! She finally found a neighbor's dog and was sniffing him when I finally caught her...I was so fustrated, I thought she was learning, but boy was I wrong!!!
