 Barks Pup Avenue - Stay Away!
Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you guys know my issue is still not resolved with this website. I placed an order over 2 months ago, never got it, requested a refund, never heard from her, then I finally got a response from her after I filed a complaint with the website I got her name from. She refunded half my money to my credit card and the other half she said she was mailing me a check two weeks ago but I have yet to receive it. I filed a report with the BBB and found out she has had 7 other complaints in the past year. She emailed me and said she has been having personal problems, and that is why its taking so long, but I'm sorry if she was having personal problems and wasn't going to be able to complete my order she should have refunded me immediately. Just thought I'd warn everyone, I'll keep you posted on whether or not I ever see my money! |
