I believe that if you accept Jesus as your savior, you can be forgiven for anything. I have done a lot in my life, but I know God loves me no matter what. I really hope your friend can get on track and get close to God so he can get fulfillment through that instead of the alcohol. Sorry, I just couldn't do yes or no. LOL Must be VBS this week!
