I don't think she has that many tangles. She is only a few months old, so her hair is still on the short side. It must just be a noisy brush because it makes the noise when I run it on my hand. I even tried it on my own hair to see if maybe it was hurting her. It seemed OK to me. I might just try a different one to see if it helps.
I'm glad I'm not the only one with brush phobia yorkies! LOL
