I would be carrying her around all the time too if she were mine. You could buy one of those slings for her to stay in so you could still get stuff done while you're holding her. I wouldn't let her walk around freely or take her out places until she has all her shots. You don't want her to catch something accidentally.
I've heard 9 weeks is way too young to let a pup go. I don't understand why breeders would send off a pup that young knowing it could be a health risk.
