All it takes for a puppy to pee just once on a carpet and you can never trust them again.
I know this sounds very expensive, but it's about the only way you can train your baby. Get rid of the carpet and put down wood or laminent. No throw rugs, at least till she's trained. (as long as you keep that carpet she will always pee on it. No amount of cleaning, even professionally will get rid of the odor completely). Don't let her have but one room where you can watch her, and put one pad down in the same place all the time. You could even put her in the expen with bed and toys and start taking her outside every hour. Keep her outside to potty and exercise. I guess I didn't ask if it was your own home or renting. If your renting, then have the carpet cleaned but never let her on it unless your right there to grab her when she starts to pee.
