Thanks a lot for your input! I have highlights already but I want something different. I wasn't going to buy the hairdye from the drugstore that most ppl buy..I was going to buy the professional hairdye that hairstylists use. However I wanted to make sure to get the right color, so I went to the hair salon and asked them and decided to let them do it my first time and hopefully learn from them. I already know what colors they are gonna use, I am using Goldwell hairdye. I just want to see them do it first since it is my first time dying my hair a full color, but i have done highlights. That's what I was afraid of as well-getting the orange look lol So i won't be doing it myself just yet
