I used to have the same problem with my other dog and I asked a trainer and he said that it's because the dog barely gets to go out so whenever he gets the chance , he would run and "explore the world" ...so what we did was take him out whenever we can so he's already use to outside and actually got kinda sick of it....now after we take him for a walk, he can't wait to get home ...so...
