I bet it is the cat litter bc I know that can be VERY toxic. She needs to find out what kind of litter they use too bc some are more toxic than others.

so sorry - have her go get the bag of cat litter and take to vet as you are correct about the toxicity but also some have clumping clay i just read which can cause blockages. This would be my guess and not the treats then
