How old is she? Is this her first heat? You can call it the "vulva" that's the "vagina". It does swell during heat, and if not spayed stays considerably larger than before the first heat. Yes nipples will be bigger/longer as well.
Are there other dogs in your house that are intact? If yes, it is imperative you keep her separate from them. Her heat will last a total of approximately 21 days. one week going in, one week bleeding, and one week out. ALL weeks she needs to be separated from any intact males. Also do not get her spayed during her heat, most vets will not do it anyway.
