No, it doesn't necessarily indicate renal problems. My dog has vomited bile and she does not have renal problems.

How long is it since your dog has eaten and how long has the decreased appetite gone on for? Does your dog have any energy at all or is he lethargic and depressed?

Have you contacted your vet again? Something is wrong with your dog. This is not normal and your poor boy is ill. Maybe your vet needs to rerun lab tests. You need to call them and tell them Tucker is still ill and he needs to be seen again.
