PS: Tell your West Coast Real Mommie to ask her vet to sell her a pill- popper (they carry the really good ones). The rubber tipped ones won't hurt your throat either. (keep the pill and the business end of the popper dry... Metro disolves quickly, and the rubber tip will get too slippery to hold the pill) Or she could pick up some yummy chicken baby food to (close your eyes!) hide your pill in. Best to give a bite, w/no pill, yum.... then turn her back and hide the pill in the tiniest amount possible so you can not see her doing this, (ok open) then, a yummy second bite. Num nums. A weak (3-5%) bleach and water solution will kill any smell from the diarrhea, really quick. |
