Yes it was autoship. I did call about the cookies because I also noticed some were harder than other batches rec'd. I was told that the hardness/softness of the cookies could vary due to how they were made. The softer cookies arrived fine, the harder/drier cookies arrived with very few actual cookies, mostly pieces/crumbs.
