I used this breeder because I love how my sister in laws Yorkie's Toby hair turned out long and silky at 3 years old. My Chloe has the same parents as her Toby but my sister in law says Toby's hair didn't look like this when he was a pup. Is their anything I can do? She a real sweetheart and I love her so much. This picture was taken a few weeks ago it is not even possible to put a bow in now it is only about 1//8 inch long.
