Can wild hogs, even babies, be raised to be pets? Interesting.
* Apparently, there is a considerable boar population here in the area. (Although in all my time in the woods here, I've never seen one...not that I want to.)
* On the WMAs, they have 'boar season' and on certain weekends only, you can run dogs to hunt them.
* Apparently durning season, the only time you can have hunting breeds in WMAs is on these specific weekends.
Welllll...we didn't know that. And we were out there, during one of these weekends, unbeknownst to us, with our hound who tags along when we go offroad. Got pulled over and they thought we were using her to hunt. Finally convinced the warden that Flash couldn't hunt if her life depended on it an unless I would bring down a hog by throwing cans of Diet Pepsi at it, I certainly wasn't going to be able to kill one.
