I agree pick her poo up right away!!! If I see pixie pick it up in her mouth I tell her to drop it.
Pineapple will discourage poo eating, I just buy the canned No sugar and put a little in her food.
As far as the baby teeth not falling out is common. When Pixie was spayed she had about 10 baby teeth removed bc they never fell out.
