This was Holly's first tag, and I don't remember if it comes in different sizes, but I would get the smallest one if you decide on this one. They are a bit heavier than most tags, and Holly would some how manage to get it in her mouth and chew on it. Before we could take it off she chewed on it so bad the ring hole snapped and broke off her collar. She was teething at the time too though, so maybe your baby won't chew on it.
When she broke it off she would grab it in her mouth and swing her head back and throw the tag across the room, lol. My boyfriend took it away as soon as he caught her.
