I think it depends on where you live. As long as we don't go anywhere that sells groceries, I *carry* Loki and have gotten away with it. It's easier if he's wearing a hoodie and looks like a kid! We have a lot of pet friendly places here. In the summer I take Loki to restaurants where I can sit outside and it would be very helpful to have a bag to keep him in so I don't have to hold him or make him lay down. I'm hoping for a Petote one for Christmas.
