Can anyone give me any advise. I carried my Yorkie to the vet this morning. She had 2 teeth that was about to fall out for a while. This past weekend I noticed that the teeth were gone and it looked like her gum was swelled up as long as the teeth were. I showed it to my stepson yesterday and he told me she needed to go to the vet. I carried her this morning and was told she had a tumor. it is attached to the roof of her mouth and is coming out where her 2 teeth use to be. He has to send it to pathology. He told me he did not know if it was benigne or malignant. I came home very upset. She is my baby and has been for 8 years.
