Yes my vet is awesome, or has grown to know over the years that I am neurotic. Either way, I get what I need.

So Pickles button tumor is called a histiocytoma, which is simply a benign skin growth. And from the few articles I have read, they do seem to pop up overnight. So I can let that guilt go.
