What you should have done was spay/neuter your dogs and rehomed them to good homes that you checked out.
Just because you have back problems does not mean you give away (or whatever the situation was) your precious dogs and teach somebody else how to breed them.
You say a puppymill is a puppymill and I say a backyard breeder is a backyard breeder.
