Your temper did show in the thread...bold/capped/underlined.
I no longer do rescue but I certainly saw my fair share of younger people/adults/families give up their Yorkies more than older people (over 40).
I am not sure why you felt the need to stand up for this if you are the exception and not the rule. You should be proud of what you have done.
