check out youtube as i bet they have some on there so maybe that will help since none in your area
I will try to find website to the one I went to as she makes first aid kits and has instructions for all this to put on fridge, etc. I may just buy it just to be safe as i keep saying I am going to put a first aid kit together yet have not
