Petsmart will let you return anything, with or without a receipt.
(When I got back home, I called the first Petco, asked for the manager and told her what I thought about their customer "no" service and wrote an email to the corporate office.) |
lol yeah a manager there tried to tell me I could not return an item and I told her no where on back of receipt did it say that and showed her and she was all mad and returned the item. Some have little power trips lol. This happened at one out of my area as all the managers in my area are cool. I have always been able to return shampoos as well as food so I would just go to a different one. I believe if you have a receipt and item they should be able to return anything
