I have had to stick my fingers in the back of the throat and pull out a number of different things. Never give raw hides..even pigs ears can be dangerous..I had to use a pincher clamp to pull out a wad of soft pigs ear from an adult. She fell over and stopped breathing.. and there was no time for a vet..it was half way down her throat and lodged so tight.
On another forum I hear someone say the knuckles of Greenies can be dangerous..mine chew nyla-bones and Science TD for teeth.
