I went to two Petco stores today looking for Wellness Small Breed kibble for Prince, and what a nightmare. Ok, first I went to PetSmart, but they didn't carry Wellness. I then went to Petco. They had it, but only in a 12 pound bag! (Keep in mind, Prince weighs 5.7lbs.) I had to ask them to call another store to see if maybe they had it. They called and said the other store had it in 4lb bags. I drove over there (9 miles) and was told all they had was the 12lb bags!!!!!! WTH!!!!!!!!!!! I then brought Solid Gold Wee Bits because I didn't want to drive all over GA. Ok, while I was at the second Petco, I saw some shampoo that had cedar oil in it and was going to purchase it. I asked the cashier if they had a return policy in case Prince had a reaction to it. They said no. They said you can return it if it isn't opened. How would I know if he had a reaction unless it had been opened and used???
Petsmart will let you return anything, with or without a receipt.

(When I got back home, I called the first Petco, asked for the manager and told her what I thought about their customer "no" service and wrote an email to the corporate office.)

That's really weird that Petco told you that you couldn't return the shampoo because my Petco would take anything back-opened or unopened even opened food.
