I have to agree. If you didn't feel a connection, your heart is telling you this is not the dog for you. When I met my babies, I felt an immediate pull to them, they are my loves and I knew they belonged with me from the minute I met them. Follow your heart, if you are having doubts it is not the time to take in a furbaby who should be a part of your family for the rest of his life.
