I went to two Petco stores today looking for Wellness Small Breed kibble for Prince, and what a nightmare. Ok, first I went to PetSmart, but they didn't carry Wellness. I then went to Petco. They had it, but only in a 12 pound bag! (Keep in mind, Prince weighs 5.7lbs.) I had to ask them to call another store to see if maybe they had it. They called and said the other store had it in 4lb bags. I drove over there (9 miles) and was told all they had was the 12lb bags!!!!!!

WTH!!!!!!!!!!! I then brought Solid Gold Wee Bits because I didn't want to drive all over GA. Ok, while I was at the second Petco, I saw some shampoo that had cedar oil in it and was going to purchase it. I asked the cashier if they had a return policy in case Prince had a reaction to it. They said no. They said you can return it if it isn't opened.

How would I know if he had a reaction unless it had been opened and used???
Petsmart will let you return anything, with or without a receipt.
(When I got back home, I called the first Petco, asked for the manager and told her what I thought about their customer "no" service and wrote an email to the corporate office.)
