Again, I'm assuming, but in addition to the OP having the name and number of the vet, was she also aware that you had given your vet permission to discuss the events with the Breeder? Without your permission, your vet will discuss nothing with anyone.
BTW, is Scooter still on the anti seizure medications to control his seizures?
