That being said, I am also starting to think (know) that I made a huge mistake, and I too am now hoping she is not pregnant. We have been trying to breed her for a long time, we just couldn't find another small male, so when he came over and they showed interest we let them. Both dogs are in good health, but I'm freaking out about the fact that where she is old and something could happen during birth. If she is pregnant we will be having a vet watch her.

I agree with Mellisa so much so that I would have her at the vet the first appt available. She's too old to be having pups for the first time. PYOMETRA is very fatal. If you were going to breed her then you should have began breeding her when she was younger. Even if it was with another yorkie. You can't wait. Spay your bitch and be happy not to worry about her.
Good health is a very open ended statement. I hope you are right. I want her to be.
You don't leave yorkies to just do their thing. This is another topic. I don't know anything about breeding hotdogs.
