Doesn't anybody use the Revolution? It's the heartworm prevention with the flea stuff in it. Pita weighs 3 pounds and I use it on her, it's been tested at 10 times the dosage on dogs and none of them reacted so it's ok for small dogs. It just doesn't repel fleas it only kills them if they bite your dog. I need something in addition to the Revolution to repel them. So I am looking into giving her K9 advantix also

Mostly dogs get fleas from the ground or their environment not so much from each other so if your dog is outside at all he could get fleas.
